Milwaukee Qualifying

As it had for the scheduled Saturday morning practice, the weather didn't cooperate.

With rain eliminating qualifying for the Miller Lite 225, the Ford Cosworth powered Arciero Blair Lola sat idle on Saturday.

Rain wiped out qualifying and Max and the team didn't get the opportunity to show how much they had improved the car overnight.

In the 30 minute practice on race day morning Max narrowed the gap to the fastest car by over half a second as he ended the session .905s. off the pace set by Gil de Ferran.

With grid positions determined by the season points standings Max would start 24th in the 26 car field.
