Arciero-Blair Racing Team driver Max Wilson after being most of
the qualifying session in the 8th spot, finally was placed in 20th
with a best lap of 1'10.683 at 100.233 Mph., being the second best
rookie on the grid.
"At the beginning of the qualifying, the front brakes were
locking up a lot until I went straight into the wall and crashed.
The car was bottoming much more than it should be and probably this
was the reason of the incident. The car was not doing this
yesterday. Definitely something was different, but we don't know
yet. Now, the engineers are working on the car to have it ready for
the race," Max Wilson said.
