Elf Race Fuels' "One Lap for Kids" Stops at Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital
Race Car Fuel Supplier to Donate "Kid Racer" to Hospital

What: Elf Race Fuel, the official fuel supplier of the Championship Auto Racing Teams (CART) FedEx Championship Racing Series, through their "One Lap For Kids" charity, is donating a "Kid Racer" -- a child's electric open wheel racecar, to the Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital. Representatives from Elf Race Fuel and CART driver Max Wilson along with Trans-AM driver Brian Simo will present the "Kid Racer" to the hospital, visit with patients, and sign autographs.

Why: The donation and visit are part of events surrounding the Marconi Grand Prix of Cleveland. Driver Max Wilson will compete in the CART race at Burke Lakefront Airport on July 1, 2001. Wilson is driving the Ford-powered number 25 WinnerB2B Lola for Arciero-Blair Racing. Brain Simo will compete in the Trans-Am Series race on June 30 and is driving the Tommy Bahama Mangusta Ford for Tom Gloy Racing.
